Contemporary Forums’ Continuing Education Policy - Contemporary Forums is designated as a provider of continuing education by the ANCC as well as several other accrediting agencies. We are required by these organizations to adhere to their guidelines for awarding CE credit. Attendance at this educational program is documented on the honor system, believing that it is reasonable for adult learners to verify their attendance by completing the online evaluation following the conference.
Accreditation - Participants are responsible for registering their credit with the appropriate boards, organizations or agencies.

Contemporary Forums will utilize CPE Monitor for tracking and reporting of all ACPE accredited sessions. Pharmacists will need to create their e-profile at www.MyCPEmonitor.net in order to obtain their NABP e-Profile ID (ePID). To receive CE credit you must provide your ePID and birth date when you complete your online post-conference evaluations.
Respiratory Therapists
Application has been made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for continuing education contact hours for respiratory therapists.

This offering has been approved by the Commissionfor Case Manager Certification for a total of 25.25 contact hours for thePreconference, Main Conference and Lunch Presentation. Certified Case Managers must call CCMC customer service to adjust their credit since the CE hours shown on the separate Preconference, Main Conference and Lunch Presentation Certificates of Attendance are different from the total number approved by CCMC.
